I bought a Mars Spirit LS recently. Nathaniel the sales person from Mars was super professional.
Considering that we are newB in campers, Nathaniel was very patient to explain every bolts and nuts of camper. I am very please and impressed by his can do attitude! Keep up the good work.

Also, have to thank George! He helped and went above to make the handover process very smooth.

We will be back for our next upgrade to the space x. 😁

FAQs

What times can I come and visit the showroom for a demo tour of the caravans?

Our Hallam showroom hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday’s from 9am to 2pm. The latest cut off time for a demo tour is an hour before business closure times.

How long does a demo tour go for?

Most tours take around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how many models you’d like to see. We’re happy to go at your pace and answer as many questions as you need.

What will be discussed during the demo tour?

Your visit will include a personalised walk-through of our entire range of camper trailers and hybrid caravans. One of our friendly team members will answer all your questions, demonstrate features, and help you compare models based on your travel needs and budget. They will also go over all the flexible customisation options on each caravan, making it uniquely yours.

Is there free parking on site?

Yes, free on-site parking is available at all of our showrooms for your convenience.

Do you have any models ready for immediate delivery?

Yes, we have several ex-demo caravans which are available to purchase for a 7 day turnaround delivery time. Just ask when you arrive—we’ll show you what’s currently available on the floor.

If I’m happy to purchase a caravan, do I need to pay a deposit on the day?

Occasionally we have stock available for immediate purchase, however for all new orders we only need a $1000 holding deposit to lock in the price on the day along with any other bonus inclusions. This essentially guarantees any additional upgrades and also secures your place in the queue for your purchase.

What are your payment options?

We have several payment options available, our preferred method is via bank transfer or cheque. However we also accept cash, credit or finance if required as well.

How long will by new caravan take to build and get delivered from the time I place a deposit?

We approximate about 3-4 months from the time of deposit and sign off of your customisation options. During your production process, you will be notified by our production team of your caravan build process and when you’ll be able to pick it up.

Can I get finance to purchase a Mars Camper?

Yes, we offer flexible in-house finance options tailored to different budgets. Our team can run you through everything during your visit.

Can I take pictures while I’m on the demo your?

Yes, of course! We will also provide you with brochures on your visit so you can take home and have a think about with your family.

Can I sit inside and explore the campers during the demo?

Yes, of course! We will also provide you with brochures on your visit so you can take home and have a think about with your family.

Can I bring my partner, kids, or pets to the showroom?

Absolutely! We encourage bringing the whole crew—it’s important everyone’s happy and comfortable with your future camper. Some of our locations even have kid-friendly areas.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the showroom?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking ahead to ensure a dedicated product specialist is available to guide you through a full demo experience with no waiting time.
