Where can I view or buy a Mars camper trailer or hybrid?

All inquiries regarding the purchase of a Mars Camper, are managed by Mars Campers Showrooms and authorised dealerships who have trained sales staff able to assist with any questions you may have. Please refer to the “Find a Showroom” tab on our website.

What is our delivery time?

Delivery times between models differ. Our delivery times for new orders range anywhere from as little as 2 weeks or up to 4 months depending on existing stock levels.

How do I pick up my camper trailer or caravan?

We can arrange pickup from one of our showrooms or freight anywhere in Australia. Click here to see your closest showroom or dealership.

How can I obtain a brochure?

All brochures for Mars Campers’ are available on our website under each model type found by selecting the “Range” tab. Click the “Enquire Now” button and select “Send me a digital brochure”. Alternatively, hardcopy brochures are available from our Mars Campers Showrooms and Dealerships.

Can I get finance to purchase a Mars Camper?

Warranty

What sort of warranty do I get with a Mars Camper?

We offer a 5 Year Structural Warranty, and 1 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty which is set out in the link below to the original purchaser for all our models. This warranty is given in addition to any other warranties you may have or receive.

I'm selling/buying a second hand Mars Camper, is the Warranty transferable?

All warranties are only valid to the original purchaser and are not transferable.

Service, Repairs & Spare Parts

Do camper trailers and caravans need regular servicing?

Like any road vehicle, campers and caravans have a lot of moving parts. These parts can wear and even break down after regular use. Key parts such as your running gear (suspension, wheels, tyres, brakes) require regular upkeep and occasional replacement of consumable
parts (bearings, seals, brake magnets).

We also recommend other parts of your Mars Camper get regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper and safe function of these parts. Such as external seals for hatches, doors and windows. Plumbing and gas fixtures and electrical connections and safety components.

It’s also important to keep your camper trailer and caravan servicing up to date to protect your warranties.

I live regional/remote location, how can I get repairs and servicing done?

Although we have Mars Campers showrooms and dealerships capable of general repairs and servicing, we unfortunately can not be in every suburb and town, so you are welcome to nominate your own service providers, even for warranty work!

We do also keep a directory of recommended service providers that we know and trust, so if you are looking for a provider contact us for assistance.

How can I find and order spare parts for my Mars Camper?

If you’re looking for a spare part – have no fear, the Mars Campers team can supply almost any part or component you are looking for in current models within our range.

Tent & Canvas

What is Seasoning the tent canvas?

It may seem counter-intuitive, but in order to be waterproof, camper trailer tents actually need a few good soakings before embarking on a maiden trip, as the cotton in the canvas and the outdoor-rated blended thread need to expand to seal the holes around the stitches. My camper trailer tent is covered in mould! What do I do?

Mould and mildew thrive on dirt, moisture and decreased airflow and will form if you store your camper trailer in a damp place or pack it down wet. If you find mould or mildew, dab on a solution of nine parts water to one part vinegar and let the canvas dry completely before you remove any traces with a brush and vacuum cleaner. Chemical mould removers or bleach products can reduce waterproofing, UV protection and fade the colour so it’s best to steer clear, however, mould growth can degrade the canvas over time, so it’s essential that it is removed the moment it is discovered.
